Client Conduct Policy
At AKAYSKIN, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff. As part of this commitment, we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of inappropriate behavior.
Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:

Sexual comments, gestures, or innuendos

Inappropriate questions or suggestions

Physical advances or unwelcome contact

Derogatory, offensive, or otherwise uncomfortable remarks or behavior
Such conduct is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Policy Enforcement
AKAYSKIN reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who engages in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. If such behavior occurs during an appointment, the service will be immediately terminated, and the client may be permanently banned from booking future appointments.
Our top priority is to ensure that all services are performed in a safe, professional, and respectful environment. We thank you for understanding and for supporting a culture of professionalism and mutual respect.
Health & Safety Policy
At AKAYSKIN, your health, safety, and comfort are our highest priorities. To maintain the highest standards of care and hygiene, we have implemented the following health and safety protocols:

Client Disclosure: Clients are required to inform their provider of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, recent surgeries, or current medications (including topical treatments such as Retinol, Accutane, or prescription skincare) prior to their appointment.

Right to Refuse Service: AKAYSKIN reserves the right to decline or modify services if we determine that a treatment may pose a risk to the client’s health or compromise the integrity of their skin.

Infectious Conditions: Clients experiencing contagious skin conditions, active cold sores, or signs of illness (such as fever or flu-like symptoms) will be asked to reschedule their appointment to ensure the safety of both clients and staff.

Cleanliness & Sanitation: All tools, equipment, and treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected before and after each service, in accordance with industry and health board standards.

Post-Treatment Care: Clients will be provided with aftercare instructions when applicable and are encouraged to follow all recommendations to ensure optimal results and minimize the risk of adverse reactions.
