 Please complete your Client Intake Form prior to your appointment. This allows your treatment to be fully customized and ensures the best results. Late Arrivals
 Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation to protect the quality of all scheduled services. No-Shows 
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice may not be able to book future services.
